Returns & Exchanges

 

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase!

"To err is human, to forgive divine." We know that sometimes, your purchase isn't quite right. Don't worry, Returns & Exchanges are easy!

 

Please return any unworn, unwashed, merchandise by mail within 30 days of the original ship date. We will be happy to make an exchange or refund your original method of payment. For returns received after 30 days we will be glad to issue a merchandise credit to the email address on file.  For returns due to manufacturing defects, please read the Manufacturer's Warranty below.  We cannot accept garments used, worn, washed, soiled or altered by the consumer. We cannot accept returns on special order merchandise.​

 

To Return or Exchange an item please follow these steps:

 

 1)  Fill out the RETURN AND EXCHANGE FORM that came on the back of the packing slip included with your order.

2)  Place the completed, form along with the item(s) you are returning, into a bubble-type envelope or small box.

3)  Place the applicable postage on the package and mail it to us at:

​4) If you are Exchanging an item for reasons other than manufacturers defect,

    please purchase the S&H for your new Holster by clicking on your choice of postage to the right

    and enclose the PayPal confirmation receipt with your return

   

5) That's it!  When we receive your package, we will ship your new Holster right away!

 

• For Exchanges due to manufacturing or shipping mistakes: 

we apologize for the inconvenience and will reimburse you for all postage paid.

 

• For Returns or Exchanges (due to reasons other than a manufacturing defect):

We will be happy to exchange your item for a different size or issue you a refund,

but you are responsile for all postage associated with the transaction.

Manufacturer's Warranty:

 

Can Can Concealment LLC warrants their garments to the Original Owner, to be free from manufacturing defects and material workmanship for 6 months from the date of purchase.  Should the riveting/stitching/hardware of the garment fail during normal use**, the garment can be returned to CanCan Concealment LLC to be repaired free of charge.  In such case that the garment cannot be repaired, a replacement garment will be provided.  Shipping charges for said repairs/replacement are the responsibility of the Original Purchaser.



**Normal Use limited to daily wear, providing that the holster is laundered according to directions in the Garment Care Guide and allowed to dry completely before wear.  Holsters subjected to extreme abuse including but not limited to negligent discharge, using the holster in any manner or with any firearm that goes against the Liability Disclaimers voids this warranty. Shipping

Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. Unless specified, we ship all orders USPS First Class Mail.  If you need your item sooner, please email us and we will try to accomodate you; extra shipping charges will apply.
